Welcome to our Website

	Joyful Acres is a family owned kennel and the home of rare Olde English Bulldogges.  We are located in Eastern Iowa (the Waterloo area) and specialize in raising healthy and friendly Olde English Bulldogges, a peaceful, protective and loyal breed with a great temperament and noble appearance. Our bulldogges are very healthy and come from well known bloodlines.  They have been raised by my wife and I and our three children, with the family in mind.  They are great with children when trained by a gentle but firm hand.  They are like the bulldogges of Olde- with bully heads, muscular stocky bodies and beautiful coats.  Our dogs are not something you see everyday, they are a sight to behold and are sure to impress!
	Unlike their less active cousins (the common English Bulldog) Olde English Bulldogges are a more athletic, healthier, and leaner breed of dog.  Known for their friendly disposition, protectiveness and playfulness, the Olde English Bulldogge is an excellent family dog and a loyal guard dog. All of our dogs are registered with the CKC (Continental Kennel Club) and/or the IOEBA (International Olde English Bulldogge Association).
